It depends on the number of locations, visitor volume, kiosks, security features and integrations. Zapio VMS offers a free Starter plan, a Business plan at AED 300 per month per location and custom Enterprise pricing. Setup fees and SMS usage are charged separately.
Is Zapio VMS free?
Yes. The Starter plan is free for one location and one kiosk, with up to 50 visitor check-ins a month.
What is included in the Business plan?
Unlimited check-ins, up to five kiosks, pre-registration, QR and mobile check-in, digital NDA signing, badge printing, SMS and email notifications (SMS usage billed separately), watchlist screening, the evacuation dashboard, employee attendance, Arabic support, advanced reports and multi-user administration.
Is Zapio VMS priced per visitor?
No. Plans are priced by location, and the Business plan includes unlimited visitor check-ins.
Does the price include kiosk hardware?
Hardware such as tablet stands, badge printers and scanners depends on your reception setup and is quoted separately. Contact the team for hardware pricing.
Does Zapio VMS charge for SMS notifications?
Yes. SMS notifications are billed separately from the plan price. Email notifications are included at no extra cost. Contact the team for SMS rates.
Is there a setup fee?
